摘要: A critical stage in the development of young Information Systems (IS) professionals is when they make transition from academic study to industrial work. At this stage, IS professional must learn about his work requirements, understand procedures, and develop new skills knowledge order function effectively workplace. This develops a three-phase model organizational socialization analyze process boundary crossing for group recent graduates. Overall, exploratory illustrates that framework could provide useful research examining early workers. The results indicate effective preparation workers involves far more than just fixed set subjects. also reveal some specific characteristics information technology pose particular challenges adjustment implications preliminary findings educators, managers, researchers are discussed.
