摘要: Mammalian oocytes are arrested at prophase I of meiosis until a preovulatory surge LH stimulates them to resume meiosis. Prior the surge, high levels cAMP within oocyte maintain meiotic arrest; this is generated in through activity constitutively active, GRsR-coupled receptor, G-protein-coupled receptor 3 (GPR3) or GPR12. Activated GPRs typically targeted for desensitization receptor-mediated endocytosis, but continuously level needed arrest. The aim study was examine whether endocytosis occurs mouse and could affect maintenance We found that constitutive oocyte. Inhibitors monodansylcadaverine dynasore, inhibited formation early endosomes completely spontaneous resumption. A red fluorescent protein-tagged GPR3 localized plasma membrane oocyte, demonstrating endocytosed. However, overexpression G-arrestin-2 had only modest effect on stimulating resumption, suggesting these proteins do not play major role endocytosis. Inhibition elevated oocytes, there an accumulation membrane. These results show leading decrease production, suggest balance between
