摘要: Endocytosis marks the entry of internalized receptors into complex network endocytic trafficking pathways. Endocytic vesicles are rapidly targeted to a distinct membrane-bound organelle referred as early endosome. Despite existence numerous internalization routes, endosomes (EE) serve focal point pathway. Sorting events initiated at this compartment determine subsequent fate proteins and lipids, destining them either for recycling plasma membrane, degradation in lysosomes or delivery trans-Golgi network. cargo latter compartments is accomplished through formation microdomains within endosomes, coordinate recruitment assembly sorting machinery. An elaborate interactions between regulatory ensures synchronized followed by morphological changes endosomal membranes. Consequently, back retrograde transport network, localizes newly-formed tubular With high ratio membrane surface lumenal volume, these tubules effectively concentrate cargo, ensuring efficient out EE. Conversely, sorted cluster flat clathrin lattices involved invaginations limiting associating with newly formed intralumenal vesicles. In review we will discuss characteristics their role regulation transport, aberrant function variety diseases.
