Data were collected from patients' medical records patient interviews October 2007 December 2012. A total of 2,060 analysed: median age, 61.3 years; white, 98.6%; postmenopausal, 80.2%; no smokers, 55% including never smokers ex-smokers. family history cancer found 42.5% patients, 12.0% patients had previous (breast cancer, 39.7%). Median overall survival (OS) for entire population 24.0 months, 1- 2-year rate 70.7% 50.0% respectively. OS small-cell 18.8 months versus 25.0 NSCLC (p = 0.011). Lung appears be biologically different disease women.
