摘要: Abstract The contribution of diffusive separation propylene/propane was determined from the permeation properties zeolitic-imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8) 1 membranes. These membranes were prepared using a counter diffusion method, resulting in formation an 80 μm-thick ZIF-8 layer on outermost section porous α-alumina capillary substrate. Single-component gas investigated helium, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen, nitrogen, methane, propylene, and propane at temperatures ranging 298 to 363 K. molecular sieve increased with reaction time, which is consistent evolution crystal formation. membrane permeances hydrogen propylene reached 9.1×10 −8 2.5×10 −9 mol m −2 s −1 Pa , respectively. ideal factors for hydrogen/propane 298 K found be 2000 59, factor decreasing temperature, reaching 23, while solution remained 2.7. Therefore, attributed mainly governed by separation.
