摘要: Facial alopecia was observed in three of four adult, female, Fischer 344 rats sharing the same cage for 2 months. Alopecia characterized by irregular areas hair loss between eyes, which occasionally extended below eyes and ears. These were nonpruritic not associated with dermatophytes, pathogenic skin bacteria, or ectoparasites. When unaffected rat removed allowed to cohabit new cagemates, facial became apparent those animals within 6 days, original cagemates grew back 3 weeks. The caused barbering a dominant female rat.
