摘要: The effect of aqueous extract fresh leaves Blighia unijugata used in treatment and management various diseases such as diabetes, hypertension gastric intestinal disorder on the hematological system was investigated albino rats. Twenty adult male rats were divided into five groups four each. Groups A, B, C D administered orally with 100.0, 200.0, 300.0 400.0mg/kg body weights respectively while, group E served control given only feed water. lasted for seven (7) consecutive days. Physical activities rates consumption water decreased animals compared to control. result shows that administration increased hemoglobin level (HB), total white blood cell (WBC) packed volume (PCV) test This could be reason why is ethno-medicinal practices fight against invading diseases.
