摘要: We used Solexa sequencing technology to identify and determine the abundance of miRNAs compared characteristics expression patterns miRNA 1-day-old 36-week-old chicken hypothalamuses. obtained 17,825,753 10,928,745 high-quality reads from chickens, respectively. Three hundred seventy-one conserved were expressed in both libraries. Among miRNAs, 22 up-regulated 157 down-regulated hypothalamus tissues. The sRNAs between chickens differed considerably. KEGG pathway analysis suggested that target genes highly are associated with metabolism development. This information on differential will help us understand molecular mechanisms
