摘要: A tremendous increase in our knowledge of the variety retroviral transforming genes and their complexity structure function has been attained within last decade. Rapidly transforming, replication-defective retroviruses have gained a prominent position as systems to exploit study interactions specific growth control host cells. large number independent isolates such viruses from diverse vertebrate species (see Coffin et a1.1980) documented. The phenomenon cell gene being recombined with part sequences replication-competent retrovirus and, hence, generating new viral form demonstrated at biological molecular levels for cases.
