摘要: The acutely transforming retroviruses have revealed the existence of more than twenty different genes with oncogenic potential. Seven these — src, abl, yes, erbB, fps (fes), fgr, fms, and ros encode proteins intrinsic tyrosine protein kinase activity. inappropriate phosphorylation cellular is likely to play a central crucial role in malignant transformation cells which are expressed.
