摘要: Antinuclear antibody and in vivo capillary patterns were studied 33 patients with Raynaud's phenomenon only 68 scleroderma spectrum disorders; the results correlated clinical laboratory findings. In addition, antinuclear groups disorders compared those found 70 systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Distinct profiles observed three diagnostic groups. Comparison of anticentromere antibodies others group demonstrated that antibody-positive tended to have a milder disease: less skin visceral involvement, frequent presence hypertension, anemia, elevated sedimentation rate. These differences did not, however, reach statistical significance. according revealed an "active" pattern had significantly more extensive involvement than "slow" pattern. Visceral be greater all organ systems reached significance for muscle kidney. Hypertension was also one. The latter positively antibody.
