摘要: OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the association of capillaroscopic alterations with pulmonary disease activity in systemic sclerosis (SSc). METHODS: Ninety-one patients SSc were studied by means interview, physical examination, nailfold capillary microscopy (NCM), serology, function tests, esophageal transit scintigraphy, Doppler echocardiography, and high resolution computed tomography (HRCT). Pulmonary was diagnosed observation ground-glass opacities on HRCT. Capillary loss NCM evaluated using avascular score: mean score > or = 1 number megacapillaries per finger considered to have severe alterations.
