摘要: Papers presented at the three Successes and Failures in Telehealth conferences have made a helpful contribution to what is known about practicalities of implementing using telehealth. Ten 89 papers covered general concepts, 40 described primary studies 26 discussed telehealth programmes or networks. Common themes that emerged on determinants success failure included reliability equipment, vendors, political budgetary issues,the perceived need for telehealth, involvement stakeholders, health professionals' opinions, stability management structures, turnover personnel cooperation between organizations. Limitations some an absence data, weak study designs, short-term perspectives lack information outcomes. Despite these limitations, valuable our knowledge has worked failed field
