摘要: To test the effects of short-term therapy with low doses (LD) cyclosporin A (CsA) in subjects normal renal function, seven patients receiving CsA to treat psoriasis were studied. Clearances maximal H2O diuresis performed evaluate changes GFR (CIn), RPF (CPAH) and tubular function before starting (BAS), after 2 days (S1) 1 month (S2) oral 5 mg/kg per day CsA. The study was repeated at withdrawal tapering (S3) months (S4). studies 12 h evening dose significantly less than BAS throughout returned almost basal values S4. both S2 S3. In S4, spite an increase, still BAS. Both S3 proximal fractional sodium reabsorption and, consequently, delivery diluting segments increased. Moreover, free-water generation greater S4 values. Our data suggest that impairs function; this impairment is not completely reversed drug withdrawal.
