摘要: During the last years, considerable progress has been made towards understanding of mechanism and control DNA replication. The results obtained with prokaryotes (1) have greatly favoured studies eukaryotic replication; in both cases, replication involves concerted action several enzymes non enzymic factors integrated a complex. However, genetic approach this problem is particularly difficult eukaryotes, to determine roles required for synthesis vivo, reconstructed systems involving purified proteins must be used as well kinetic complementation method described by L.
