摘要: HMW lymphocyte surface proteins T20 and B220, which are expressed on T B cells, respectively, have been found to be extensively related in structure, beyond what would expected by the sharing of determinant detected monoclonal antibody 13/2. In addition, another protein (T200A) has discovered, is preferentially expression proliferating exhibits significant structural homology with T200, but does not express 13/2 determinant. T200A bears a novel antigenic determinant, BS-S28E, shared either T200 or B220. A fourth (170/100) found, most lymphocytes, neither structurally nor antigenically T200A, Monoclonal antibodies reactive 170/100 inhibit cell-mediated cytolysis, although B220 do not.
