摘要: Erectile dysfunction or impotence is a very common complication in diabetic male patients; the prevalence of which may be more than that retinopathy. The cause has been thought to neuropathy angiopathy both them. diagnosis based on exclusion other causes including psychological, iatrogenic, endocrinological impotence. treatment options for such as vacuum device, intracavernous self-injection surgical procedures are available and useful at present. In this article, sexual dysfunction; retrograde ejaculation female diabetes mellitus also discussed.
