摘要: Abstract In the present work, selected mathematical thin-layer drying models, available in literature, were fitted to experimental data using non-linear regression analysis techniques. The used fit models of figs ( Ficus carica ), obtained a laboratory scale tunnel-dryer. dryer, ambient heated air and operating closed loop, was equipped with dedicated continuous monitoring system. temperatures investigated range 55–85 °C airflows 0.5–3 m/s. application revealed that two-term exponential model yielded best predictions. Correlations expressing constants their dependence on drying-air parameters are reported.
