摘要: Background Extraskeletal (soft tissue) chondromas are rare neoplasms. They seen most frequently in the soft tissues of hands and feet. A chondroma occurring breast is exceedingly uncommon. We present a case pure young woman whom fine needle aspiration (FNA) cytologic features suggested cartilaginous neoplasm. Case 28-year-old presented with mobile lump left breast. Mammography showed high-density nodule without microcalcifications. clinical diagnosis fibroadenoma was made. differential obtained on FNA. Excisional biopsy histopathologic chondroma. There no recurrence or appearance new lesion during 13 months follow-up. Conclusion Chondroma shows FNA tumor, but specific tumor typing may not be possible. This highlights difficulties that arise especially when it occurs at an unusual site. Awareness combined radiologic findings should guide cytopathologist to make correct this
