摘要: Background The use of fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) for the diagnosis breast diseases in men has received little attention. We report cytologic and histologic findings myofibroblastoma a 52-year-old man. Case Smears disclosed irregular cohesive sheets cells, with ill-defined cytoplasm oval nuclei containing single nucleoli. nuclear membrane was frequently grooved, occasional intranuclear cytoplasmic inclusions (pseudoinclusions) were also found. background clean contained scarce collagenous stroma fragments myxoid material. To best our knowledge, there have been only seven previous reports which features are well documented, none them mention presence pseudoinclusions. Conclusion FNAC could suggest this distinctly uncommon tumor if evaluated together clinical radiologic findings.
