摘要: Multiparametric MR provides a noninvasive means for improved differentiation between benign and malignant solid renal masses. Although most large, heterogeneous masses are due to cell carcinoma, smaller "indeterminate" being identified on cross-sectional imaging. definitive diagnosis of mass may not always be possible by imaging, integrated evaluation multiple imaging parameters can result in concise differential diagnosis. should considered critical step the triage patients with whom treatment options context morbidity, prognosis, mortality.
