摘要: Objective: Previous studies which investigated the relationship between reduced E-cadherin and progno- sis of endometrial cancer were ambiguous conflicting. Therefore, aim present study was to evaluate expression by meta-analysis approach. Method: AfterPubmed Embasewere deliberately searched via internet, 8 pieces literaturewere totally included in final meta-analysis. After data had been abstracted, pulled odds ratio (OR) hazard (HR) calculated STATA with random or fixed effect model depending on their heterogeneity. The publication bias literature tested Begg's funnel plot Egger's test. Results: showed that re- duced significantly associated overall survival (OS), HR=2.42, 95% CI: 1.50-3.89. clinical parameters such as lymph node metastasis (LNM), myometrial invasion (MI), International Federation Gynecology Obstetrics (FIGO) stage, histological type pathological also E-cadherin. results biasshowed there no significant bias. Conclusion: Endometrial patients may have a poorer prognosis than those normal higher
