摘要: Various data are currently being used to show phylogenetic relationships of epigeous cup fungi (Pezizales) and truffles (Tuberales). We studied ontogeny the ascospore wall, spore ornament development, septa vegetative reproductive hyphae Genea gardnerii by TEM. Ultrastructural cytological features G link transitional type Otideaceae in Pezizales. The evidence includes presence a fan-shaped septal plugging structure with double translucent band at each side plug base ascus wall deposition similar Lachneae Otideaceae.
