摘要: In Tuber melanosporum, as in a few other truffles (genus Tuber), ultrastructural observations show that each ascospore is delimited the ascus apical zone through an individual process, single primordial wall originating from lomasomic extension. The splits into two layers (primary wall), then secondary part deposited. At most complex stage it comprises, interior to exterior: regular clear epispore; dark exospore producing ornamental spines; perispore which strongly dilates shrinks around spine; limiting ectospore. mature ascospore, composed of only superimposed parts corresponding walls visible with light microscope. internal epispore and brown echinulate external one represents joined exospore, perispore, ascospores contain six eight early formed nuclei cytoplasmic inclusions.
