摘要: The electromagnetic decay rates of mirror states are used to decompose the multipole matrix elements into isoscalar and isovector or equivalently proton neutron elements. This method is sensitive element because it measured directly, accurate since depends only on interactions; therefore can be test methods using inelastic hadron scattering. There agreement with results for ($\ensuremath{\alpha}$,${\ensuremath{\alpha}}^{\ensuremath{'}}$) $^{26}\mathrm{Mg}$ $^{42}\mathrm{Ca}$ but disagreement recent $^{18}\mathrm{O}$($\ensuremath{\pi}$,${\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{'}}$) experiments.
