摘要: A novel method is described for the biotinylation of immunoglobulins. The procedure relies on generation reactive aldehydes carbohydrate moieties immunoglobulin by oxidation with sodium periodate and subsequent reaction biotin hydrazide. simple specific results in stable conjugates retaining full immunologic activity. It has been applied successfully to a number mouse monoclonal antibodies both IgG IgM classes, human preparations. may also be conjugation immunoglobulins fluorescent dyes.
