摘要: AbstractBackground: Schizophrenia is highly complex multifactorial psychiatric disorder with poorly defined etiopathophysiology, which also has manifestations in the immune system. Aims: The aim of this review to meta-analyze available evidence regarding role activation indicated by T helper cells order evaluate etiopathophysiological links between system and schizophrenia. Methods: A literature search was performed multiple electronic databases for relevant research papers published 1990 May 2014. Meta-analyses were conducted under both random- (REM) fixed-effect models (FEM) calculating weighted mean differences 95% confidence intervals. Heterogeneity assessed I2 index. Results: Twenty-one studies selected after observing inclusion exclusion criteria.
