摘要: We present here an analysis and simulation model of unconstrained on-off poppet valve, which includes the modeling a piezoelectric actuator (PEA), Hertzian contact, dynamics motion, airflow through orifice. The flow rate generated input/output relationship between input frequency/flow voltage/flow at different levels inlet pressure were measured experimentally. Simulation models built verified experimentally for valves with dimensions. Comparisons experimental results showed good agreement, thus validating proposed dynamic analysis. This can therefore be used to understand behavior valves. Poppet size did not have significant effect on output. Also, responses sizes PEAs revealed that larger cross-sectional areas produced higher rates. Based results, characterized as These findings indicate this analytical predict or estimate parameters.
