摘要: Recent technological progress has enabled the spread of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to new applications possible with aim improve citizens’ quality life. This idea been significantly increasing in political agendas as well public services. The concepts Smart-city or Sustainable-city are thanks application technology. focus this work is on people movement disabilities goal whole system meet their real needs requirements. As a result, article presents possibilities offered by ICTs design method for generating knowledge about accessibility issues urban environments. In sense, comprehensive aided technology proposed analyse transportation city. research tries make visible most vulnerable groups citizens, involving them active participants serve way social awareness. It aims current level interaction learning all actors involved – government, institutions, researchers, professionals, other individuals society general. To perform implement system, latest advances technologies such GPS positioning, geographic information systems, smart sensing cloud computing have used. combination these allows an interactive, dynamic constantly updated approach.
