摘要: Rationale and Objectives To analyze the statistical biases in studies used to derive cardiac magnetic resonance–based major minor criteria for diagnosis of arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC). Materials Methods ARVC is a rare disorder heart that can lead sudden death young adults. Cardiac resonance imaging (CMR) plays role by contributing set experts. The original emphasized qualitative analysis CMR. were modified 2010 provide quantitative cutoffs. Results We apply Quality Assessment Diagnostic Accuracy Studies (QUADAS-2) tool systematic review diagnostic accuracy cited guidelines written 1994 revised 2010. use signaling questions QUADAS-2 identify different types bias. Conclusions have understandable affect sensitivity specificity CMR ARVC, as well truth disease state. There potential overdiagnose particularly low prevalence populations.
