摘要: Abstract A control and data acquisition system for VEST (Versatile Experiment Spherical Torus) at Seoul National University (SNU) has been developed to enable remote operation from a central room. The consists of three subsystems; main that triggers each device the preprogrammed timing collects various diagnostic signals during discharges, monitoring watches logs status continuously, storage distribution stores collected provides access layer via Ethernet. is designed be cost-effective, extensible easy develop by using well-established standard technologies solutions. Combining broad accessibility with modern information technology, alarm signal can sent immediately registered cell phones when abnormal devices found, web enables almost everywhere smart or tablet computers. Since December 2011, operational successfully used VEST.
