摘要: Background Infertility is an undesirable side effect and gonadal tissue banking advocated in young cancer patients who are unable to preserve embryos or gametes prior oncotherapy achieve biological parenthood later on. Banking challenging protocols mature vitro not yet clinically established. Transplanting ovarian cortical at hetero-or orthotopic sites women bone marrow transplantation (BMT) both men has resulted spontaneous recovery of fertility, pregnancy live births. Various studies humans mice suggest that genetic origin offspring after BMT similar transplanted patient the donor. Thus source oocytes/sperm which result pregnancies still remains contentious.
