摘要: Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) is a common health problem, and associated with obesity, metabolic (MetS), diabetes. Growing evidence shows that 25-hydroxyvitamin-D3 (25-OH-D) insufficiency high parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels may be correlated to glucose intolerance, MetS, cardiovascular abnormalities similar OSAS. Bisphenol A (BPA) an endocrine disruptor agent which exerts wide variety of effects. It has estrogenic activity its exposure contribute weight gain, impaired metabolism, the development diabetes, also The aim this study investigate relationships between OSAS serum BPA, 25-OH-D, PTH levels. This enrolled 128 subjects, all patients having been diagnosed by polysomnography. subjects were divided into three groups: control (n = 43), moderate 23) (AHI 15–30), severe groups 62) > 30). for each subject analyzed. 25-OH-D was lower in both groups, higher than subjects. BPA group control. There positive correlation body mass index, negative individuals. related levels, low vitamin D association OSAS, severity These results suggest have role pathogenesis
