摘要: The technical characteristics of electricity generation and transmission have implications for the way in which economic principles are adapted to evaluate pricing regulation issues markets. In particular, there is an externality associated with flows networks because Kirchoff's laws. this paper, a mathematical programming model presented that simulates competitive market, based on spatial-intertemporal equilibrium models pioneered by Takayama Judge (1971). used simulate operation hypothetical illustrating some arising from network externality.
