摘要: OBJECTIVE To evaluate spine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) inter-reader and intra-reader reliabilities using the thoracolumbar injury classification system severity score (TLICS) to analyze effects of reader experience on reliability possible reasons for discordant interpretations. MATERIALS AND METHODS Six radiologists (two senior, two junior radiologists, residents) independently scored 100 MRI examinations injuries assess morphology posterior ligamentous complex (PLC) integrity according TLICS. Inter-reader agreements were determined analyzed number years radiologist experience. RESULTS agreement between six readers was moderate (k = 0.538 first 0.537 second review) fair 0.440 0.389 PLC integrity. No significant difference in observed Intra-reader showed a wide range 0.538-0.822 0.423-0.616 integrity). Agreement achieved 44 45 review about morphology, as well 41 38 A positive correlation detected CONCLUSION The assessing spinal TLICS integrity, which may not be influenced by radiologist'
