摘要: Left main stem aneurysms are rarely described and the optimal treatment is controversially discussed. A majority of these patients undergo medical with antiplatelet or anticoagulation drugs. Surgery just recommended in symptomatic when there risk thromboembolic events rupture. We report on a 51-year-old patient suffering from intermittent angina pectoris whom an aneurysm left was diagnosed by coronary angiography. The underwent successful surgical management closure reconstruction segment great saphenous vein. This summarizes options for discusses role cardiac surgery this rare disease.
