摘要: Giant coronary artery aneurysm is rare, and its cause natural history has not been clearly delineated. We present a patient without Marfan syndrome who had giant of the circumflex artery. After surgical resection, underlying pathology was thought to be associated with cystic medial necrosis arterial wall because progressive enlargement.
