摘要: Expert guidelines for antiretroviral therapy (ART) now recommend ART as soon possible in all HIV infected persons to reduce the risk of disease progression and prevent transmission. The goal this observational study was evaluate impact very early initiation regimen type on time viral suppression. We evaluated suppression among 86 with newly-diagnosed infection who initiated within 30 days diagnosis. A total 36 (42%) had acute, 27 (31%) early, 23 (27%) established infection. median from an offer immediate starting 8 days. 56/86 (65%) integrase inhibitor-based 30/86 (35%) a protease regimen. significantly shorter those receiving inhibitor- versus (p = 0.022). Twenty-two (26%) at their care intake visit 79% these participants achieved week 12, 82% 24 88% 48. led rapid reliable chronic infection, particular when regimens were used.
