摘要: Background: The HLA class I molecules serve as ligands for both T cell receptors and killer immunoglobulin-like (KIRs). Objective: We investigated the HLAC HLA-Bw4 alleles well KIRs expression on CD56 positive lymphocytes to evaluate whether these genes could influence Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) susceptibility, alone or in combination. Methods: typed 40 AS patients normal controls HLA-C asn 80 (group 1) lys 2), HLA-B Bw4 thero , iso HLA-A by PCR-SSP method. also assessed of KIR2DL1/2DS1, KIR2DL2/2DL3, KIR3DL1 KIR2DS4 flow cytometry. Pearson chi-square Fisher exact test was performed statistical analysis. Results: frequency but not Bw4, ligand inhibitory KIR3DL1, significantly reduced compared with (p<0.01). No significant differences were observed gene carrier frequencies group 1 2 between controls. Although no found KIR subjects, we that presence Bw4-B healthy (p<0.009). Conclusion: conclude without might be involved protection against AS. Our results suggest besides genotype, levels may pathogenesis disease
