摘要: This study was an investigation of the pathomechanics posterior sag tibia in knees with knee instability caused by PCL deficiency. By using fresh cadaver knees, authors hoped to define relationship joint capsule and medial lateral collateral ligaments (MCL, LCL) deficient knee. Thirty newtons stress were applied simulate postoperative conditions. Roentgenographic methods then used evaluate change distance between origin insertion PCL. Strain gauges measure actual strain ligaments. The PCL, capsule, sequentially divided above measurements repeated same way, 30 N stress. When only cut, rotation occurred increasing severity as flexion increased. No sagging or observed at full extension that had isolated "injury". sectioned, no significant changes noted rotation. MCL LCL a knee, greater even extension. "injury" associated increased rotation, whereas "injuries" tibia.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
