摘要: 8-hydroxy-2(di-n-propylamino)tetraline (8-OH-DPAT) and 5-methoxy-3(1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-4-pyridinyl)1H indole succinate (RU 24969), two agonists on the putative serotonin 1A 1B receptors, were used for exploring role of these sites in inhibitory effect (5-HT) feeding. In free-feeding rats, 2.5-5 mg/kg RU 24969 significantly reduced food intake while doses 8-OH-DPAT ranging from 0.125 to 0.5 increased eating. The effects highest associated with hyperlocomotion hyperreactivity a typical motor syndrome (flat body posture forepaw treading) 8-OH-DPAT. caused by was much more obvious food-deprived rats which also markedly reduced. 1.25 5 not different that animals. Pretreatment metergoline (2 i.p.) prevented but had no reduction eating changed potentiated. Haloperidol (0.1 completely blocked did change rats. It is suggested receptors specifically mediate 5-HT feeding whereas act enhancing only
