摘要: We examined the effects of 5-HT on feeding behaviour patterns rats pretreated with mianserin (5-HT1B/2A/1D receptor antagonist) or cyproheptadine (a 5-HT2C antagonist), injected into pariventricular hypothalamus nucleus (PVN). The animals were kept at 21±1°C a 12 h light and dark cycle self-selected paradigm, provided freely available separate sources proteins, carbohydrates, fats water. results indicate that suppressive effect carbohydrate intake can be blocked by even onset natural (dark) period; however, this is distinct blockade in paradigm behavior. All meal fat rest remained unaffected.
