摘要: It is well recognized that 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline (TIQ) a substance capable of inducing in animals syndrome, regarded as an animal model Parkinson's disease. This study was designed to evaluate the effect endogenous neurotoxin TIQ on brain noradrenaline (NA) metabolism mice and arterial blood pressure rats. shown for first time significantly increased NA metabolism, induced release raised level its final metabolite, 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenylglycol (MHPG), mouse brain. The comparative biochemical studies using specific agonist (clonidine) antagonist (yohimbine) alpha2-adrenergic receptors ligands have observed effects were similar those produced by antagonist, yohimbine. In functional studies, systolic diastolic measured non-invasive transducer. Both acute multiple treatment with strong hypotensive effect, having decreased both Development tolerance after TIQ. data coming from these experimental apparently suggest important role noradrenergic system mechanism action compounds group. results may also support hypothesis assuming causal relationship between dennervation, activity nigrostriatal dopamine system, some clinical manifestation
