摘要: An impulse injection phosphor tracer technique is proposed to study the effect of particle properties, including size, density and sphericity, on lateral mixing behavior in a riser with FCC particles as fluidized materials. The RTD curves all kinds have one peak, which can be described by two-dimensional dispersion model. Between 15 80 μm, solids coefficient may maximum value, indicating that there exists minimum size at do not aggregate intensively riser. decreases increasing concentration, while sphericity superficial gas velocity. A correlation developed account for influence operating conditions coefficient, fits experimental data well.
