摘要: The objectives of this paper are to: (1) identify the pattern private sector investment in maize marketing system since reforms were initiated and evaluate extent response to reforms; (2) assess how prices margins have changed market (3) market-oriented mechanisms that evolved current environment reduce vulnerability farmers, traders consumers price expenditure instability; (4) strategies government could implement effectively promote development evolving oriented food systems.
