摘要: Accelerated coronary artery disease is the most serious complication after cardiac transplantation. The has a multifactorial aetiology, with little agreement about relative importance of various risk factors. We have investigated frequency anti-endothelial antibodies against human umbilical vein endothelial cells by one-dimensional sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and western blotting. Peptide-specific were found in 15/21 heart transplant recipients accelerated disease, 1/20 patients who had not developed disease. Positive immunofluorescence patients' serum on frozen sections vessels confirmed specificity antibodies. These results provide evidence an immune aetiology for transplant-associated could important implications its diagnosis therapy.
