摘要: Since 1990, we have performed splenic autotransplantation in more than 100 patients to treat trauma, portal hypertension, myeloid metaplasia due myelofibrosis, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and Gaucher disease. The aim of this present study was by laparoscopic means. A 33-year-old woman with severe pain ischemia caused multiple focal thromboses arterial branches successfully treated splenectomy tissue autotransplantation. spleen removed cut 20 fragments that were sutured the greater omentum. This procedure safely conducted minor bleeding no technical difficulties or complications. postoperative follow-up 12 months has been uneventful; patient's disappeared on first day. Hematologic, immunologic, tomographic, scintigraphic examinations confirmed functions autotransplants. It is feasible safe perform autotransplants
