摘要: Apolipoprotein E (apoE)1 is an apoprotein found in chylomicrons, chlyomicron remnants, very low density lipoproteins, and high lipoproteins man other mammalian species. The complete amino acid sequence of apoE was reported by Rail et al. (1982). It a polypeptide 299 acids. There are series amphipathic helices (Segrest al., 1974) the carboxyl-terminal third chain that may represent lipid binding site(s) for (Rail 1982). An important function appears to be mediation cellular uptake through specific cell-surface receptors. ApoE binds lipoprotein receptor various cells tissues. also liver mediates hepatic chylomicron remnants (Mahley & Innerarity, 1983; Hui 1981; Sherill 1980).
