摘要: Through hybridization of specific Chinese hamster cell auxotrophs with human cells and selection in media lacking the nutritional supplements required by former cells, a series stable hybrid clones can be prepared. These hybrids have genomes consisting common part--the complete or almost set chromosomes, plus variable part--one few chromosomes. The identity chromosomes varied utilizing different appropriate selective media. present determined combination cytogenetic analysis chromosome banding testing for marker genes. Hybrids containing single 11 12 both are described. system appears to lend itself various studies such as identification surface antigens, determination their chromosomal loci, measurement distribution among normal tissues, study interrelations syntenic asyntenic genes, mutational genome.
