摘要: Through hybridization of specific Chinese hamster cell auxotrophs with human cells and selection in media lacking the nutritional supplements required by former cells, a series stable hybrid clones can be prepared. These hybrids have genomes consisting common part--the complete or almost set chromosomes, plus variable part--one few chromosomes. The identity chromosomes varied utilizing different appropriate selective media. present determined combination cytogenetic analysis chromosome banding testing for marker genes.
