摘要: For decades, patients in our institution with metastastic melanoma of unknown primary have been subjected to extensive examinations search the tumor. This retrospective study questions results, and thus feasibility these examinations. Of 103 diagnosed tumor during period 1986–2006, 39 (38%) presented primarily a cutaneous or subcutaneous metastasis, 63 (61%) lymph node metastasis. One patient bone metastasis (1%).
